TD doc can optionally manage advisories and country reports for traveller communication. With a suitably configured Riskline integration, this content can be created, updated or removed automatically. TD doc is not a prerequisite for TD care’s operational event notifications.
Responsibilities remain clear
Risk intelligence and automation support the operational process. Organisational and legal duty-of-care responsibility, along with medical, security or physical assistance, remains with the organisation or its appointed specialist providers.
