Oliver Ziegler has been with NP4 since 2014 and has served as Managing Director since 2025. Previously, he held operational and team leadership responsibilities and supported management on business and strategic matters. Today, he combines extensive IT experience with an in-depth understanding of our products, team and customers’ requirements.

Founded as NetPer4mance
From the outset, the focus is software for business-travel data, documents and processes.
1998
First travel automations
NP4 develops “Fax and Email Plus” for Amadeus, alongside solutions for TQ3/Airbus and the “AmexGo!” booking platform for American Express.
2000
Renamed NP4 GmbH
NetPer4mance changes its name to NP4 GmbH and continues its development under the brand used today.
2006
PTP at EADS/Airbus
Priced Travel Plan is rolled out group-wide with customer-specific itineraries, enterprise data and pre-trip approval.
2009
Travel Data Suite launched
NP4 brings its accumulated experience together in a proprietary product family for processing business-travel data.
2018
Information security embedded
Information security is systematically embedded in documented processes, responsibilities and controls.
2024
New headquarters in Darmstadt
NP4 moves to Gräfenhäuser Straße, bringing engineering, project work, operations and support closer together.
2025
New leadership & Riskline partnership
Oliver Ziegler becomes managing director; the Riskline partnership adds optional automation for country risk levels, Real-Time Alerts and the lifecycle of security content in TD doc.
2026
Sustainability assessed transparently
