In cooperation with corporate travel data software provider NP4 and event specialist Intergerma, the GEA Group—one of the world’s largest systems suppliers to the processing industry—has developed an innovative strategic consolidation concept to integrate the group-wide areas of business travel and events. For the first time, key figures from Business Travel and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Events) can be consolidated and analyzed holistically on a single platform. This enables strategic travel management to negotiate framework agreements with suppliers not only on the basis of consolidated business travel data, but also by incorporating the actual volume of the events segment.
