Our Operations Team

We have organized our Operations team into Customer Service and System Administration.

Customer Service receives customer requests to either be solved directly (first level) or forwarded internally for resolution (second level). We provide customer service 24/7 in our highest service level offered. Our team of GDS and product specialists give immediate support as we spend time for our customers and remain flexible to address their needs. The Service team is also responsible for connecting with new customers and discussing NP4’s service. In addition, Customer Service handles test specifications as well as training and support material generation.

System Administration is responsible for the maintenance and availability of hardware and software components. Reliability and (data) security of our system are System Administration’s top priorities. For software, this is guaranteed through multilevel security—in segmentation of our systems and limited user processes and rights. COLT Internet Solution Center maintains NP4’s solutions at a high security operation centre certified by the international security standard ISO/IEC 27001:2005. As a further check, we regularly invest in quality assurance. Our security process has successfully passed security audits of several large corporations. A renowned external data security protection officer works with us to manage data security from an unbiased perspective.
