Our Management

Owners Achim Polinski and Felix Schroth founded the now-called NP4 GmbH in 1997 (originally named Net Per4mance GmbH). Leading up to this, Achim Polinski, born in 1969, studied electrical engineering with a speciality in technical computer science. During his studies, Achim built communication systems for large corporations. In 1996 he took over small development tasks at START Amadeus.

Owner Felix Schroth, born in 1965, studied computer science at the Technische Universitat Darmstadt. He began with building and maintenance of network systems. From 1989 to 1997, he owned a company that handled the construction and maintenance of network systems. These two engineers discovered that their synergies could be used in the most effective way by founding NP4.
